Returns have to be received by Party Domain within 28 days from receipt of goods.

To Return a Faulty Product please e-mail sales@partydomain.co.uk with your order number, contact Information and indicate the reason for retuning the item.

If you are unsatisfied with a Product purchased from Party Domain then you may return it within 7 days, for an exchange or refund. If the exchanged item is higher in price than your original item, then you will be liable to pay the difference.

Postage is only refundable if the item is faulty or sent incorrectly.

Wigs cannot be returned if worn due to hygiene reasons.

All non-faulty returned goods will only be accepted if in the same condition as they were sent out, i.e. with original packaging with all relevant materials enclosed.
