We aim to keep our Postage and Packing charges as low and as simple as we can. This should mean that we are competitive and that you will always know in advance what the delivery charge is on your order.

All orders under £40.00 delivered to a mainland UK address are charged £2.95 post and packaging. There is an option for you to upgrade your order to UK Special Delivery at a total cost of £6.95 per order.

Remember that orders of £40.00 and over are delivered FREE of delivery charges to all UK mainland addresses. See other discounts here.

UK Standard Delivery: £2.95 per order

For this option we use the Royal Mail First Class delivery. There is no tracking facility available and delivery will normally be 1 to 2 working days after confirmed receipt of your order. This option is FREE when you spend more than £40.

UK Special Delivery: £ 6.95 per order

For this service we use either the Royal Mail Special Delivery or our courier company City Link. Both of these methods require a signature on delivery and you should ensure that someone will be available at the address to receive the goods. Delivery will usually be the next working day after confirmed receipt of your order. This option is discounted to £4.95 when you spend more than £40, or FREE when you spend more than £60.

You will be emailed a tracking number for this service as soon as your goods are packed ready for dispatch. You should expect delivery the next working day after receipt of the tracking number. Delivery can be any time of the day up to 5.30 pm.

European Deliveries: £ 7.95 per order (€11.75 per order)

For this service we use the Royal Mail Airmail delivery. Our orders average less than 1 Kilo and this delivery charge is based on that average weight. If your order is greater than 1 Kilo we reserve the right to charge you the excess shipping cost which must be paid before we will send your order. You can of course cancel your order if that proves to be too expensive.

Delivery will usually be 3 to 5 working days after confirmed receipt of your order. There is no tracking facility available with this service.

Rest of the World Deliveries: £14.95 per order ($US 30.00 per order)

For this service we use the Royal Mail Airmail Delivery. Our orders average less than 1 Kilo (2lb 3oz) and this delivery charge is based on that average weight. If your order is greater than 1 Kilo (2lb 3oz) we reserve the right to charge you the excess shipping cost which must be paid before we will ship your order. You can of course cancel your order if that proves to be too expensive.

Delivery will usually be 7 to 10 working days after confirmed receipt of your order. There is no tracking facility available with this service.
