If you require an Order outside of the United Kingdom then please contact us for a Quote. Orders can be shipped via Airmail or Parcel Force and individual Quotes are provided based on your Delivery Requirements.
The right to cancel can be exercised in writing or in another durable medium. Upon Cancellation of any orders within the 7 day period, it is the customers responsibility to return the goods at their own cost.
At Party Domain Limited we want to give you much more than your basic rights and so our returns policy is very simple.
Under our “No Quibble” returns policy you have 30 days to cancel the order. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason and you return it within 30 days of the date you received it we will refund the full price of the goods. You do not have to contact us for a returns number, you do not have to return the original packaging and you don’t have to tell us why you are returning the items. This Returns Policy does not affect your Statutory right to cancel.
We aim to inform customers upon receipt of their returned goods.

Please Note that we do not accept Returns of Personalised Products in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations (Regulation 13) which states that the standard Returns policy is exempt for the supply of goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised.
By adding this design to your trolley you are presumed to have spell-checked your own personalised text and been satisfied with its accuracy.
Colours shown on the preview screen are only a guide to the pantone colours on the finished item. Due to the limitations of colour reproduction on the web and the differences in computer monitors, no colour can be displayed 100% accurately.
Any cancellations must be made within 12 hours of placing your order unless the product has been printed.
Once a personalised item has gone into production it is non-refundable unless received damaged or with a fault in the print quality.
We do not refund the postage costs when you return goods to us.
