Summer fun in fancy dress

Childrens Fancy DressIt is often a difficult task keeping the kids entertained during the long school holidays but with the help of places like Strawberry Hill House, a touch of fancy dress can help with the boredom. The Horace Walpole’s Gothic Castle has recently opened an exhibition that features Victorian costumes that the children can try on during their visit.

Reportedly the exhibition has costumes, wigs and accessories that are all hand made by a local group of volunteers that the children can dress up in during workshops and fun activities held at the castle. So this makes this amazing house and castle a joy to visit for both children and adults.

Childrens Fancy Dress is a great way for the kids to use their imaginations and with just a few simple costumes and accessories they can have hours of fun during the holidays. You do not need to visit the workshops at country homes to do this; you can have your own fancy dress day at home.

Following in the footsteps of Strawberry Hill House why not have a medieval fancy dress day for the kids. Children’s Medieval Fancy Dress comes in a range of styles form knights of the realm and musketeers through to renaissance queens and medieval maidens. Children can recreate historical events and what little ones do not love to dress up as a king and queen!

Encourage the children to perform and get a selection of Children’s Fairtytale Fancy Dress. With costumes such as Red Riding Hood, Peter Pan, Robin Hood and Maid Marian the kids can entertain the family with a play of a traditional story tale or create one of their own.

Or if you just want some fancy dress costume for a bit of fun there is a huge range of clowns, animals, pirates, cowboys and superhero costumes that will keep the kids happy from dusk til dawn.

So surprise the children, let them have a day of absolute fun and fill up your dressing boxes with a wonderful array of Childrens Fancy Dress.
