Reportedly Scientists are going barking mad today and have announced that dogs are allegedly cleverer than cats. A spokesman has said “Dogs have evolved bigger brains, they need more grey matter as social and friendly mammals.” The experiment was reportedly conducted by researchers of Oxford University who took 500 species of living and fossilised mammals.
