I read a really interesting report today about Manchester Airport and Holographic staff. It is reported that Manchester Airport will be having Holographic Customer Service Staff to help passengers with the security process. It is reported that the holograms will be modelled by real life staff John Walsh and Julie Caper and will be deployed at terminal 1. Continue reading

Wear some Blue Fancy Dress in support of Eurovision
I read a report today about pop group Blue representing the UK in the Eurovision Song Contest for 2011. I think blue are a really good band and I really enjoy listening to their popular songs “One Love” and “All Rise”. Allegedly Blue disbanded in 2005 but later reformed for a series of gigs. It was reported that band member Simon Webbe said “I’ve always wanted to represent my country, so this will be truly exciting for Blue”. Continue reading
Brighton Rock Mods & Rockers
One of my favourite books is going to re-made into a film, a report I read today said. The classic novel Brighton Rock, written by author Graeme Greene, is a thriller set in the 1930s in Brighton and tells the tale of mobster gangsters. Continue reading
Is it a man in Fancy Dress?
What a lovely story to read this morning about a gorilla walking on his back legs that looks just like human. And when I saw the video footage I thought surely that is a man in Fancy Dress? But as I read on, the story stated that Ambam the gorilla, unlike other primates, prefers to walk on his back legs.
Ambam lives in Port Lympne Animal Park in Kent and the report said that over 150,000 people have already viewed the 21 year old walking gorilla footage on line. Gorillas and monkeys usually walk on all fours using their front knuckles to support their weight, and occasionally would stand on their hind legs, but no other gorilla has been seen to walk such long distances like Ambam does. Ten in a Row for Ant and Dec
Great Entertainers Ant and Dec made it 10 in a row last night after winning Most Popular Entertainment Presenters at the National Television Awards. The Geordie lads have won the award every year for the past decade. I think Ant and Dec are great entertainers and I really enjoy watching them in Britain’s Got Talent and I’m a Celebrity.
It was reported that unfortunately Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly couldn’t attend the London’s O2 Arena as they were filming Britain’s Got Talent in Wales. It was reported that Ant said “We are so sorry, we’re in Cardiff now. Thank you so much, this means so much to us.
Will you be wearing some Fancy Dress to celebrate Ant and Dec’s 10 in a row? The boys have really done well.
